The Truss Placement Plan is a layout drawing identifying the assumed location for each truss. We at CBS include installation details, job information, on center spacing and special truss locations on the Truss Placement Plan for the benefit of the builders and contractors.

The designers at CBS will prepare a Truss Design Drawing for each truss on every job. The Truss Design Drawing describes the truss geometry, materials, load conditions, bearing points and a bevy of other information. The information on these sheets is important not only for builders and contractors but also for structural and mechanical engineers.
