Roof Trusses

Your imagination is the limit when building with roof trusses. By utilizing state-of-the-art design software, our truss designers can create all types of roof and ceiling profiles for a variety of project types, including assisted living facilities, churches, banks and more. No project is too big!

Roof trusses can be produced up to 80′ in length and any height can be accomplished by using multiple piece trusses. Roof trusses, like floor trusses, can be designed to cover large spans, reducing the need for intermediate bearings. Roof trusses reduce waste and allow structures to be dried in more quickly, saving time and avoiding weather delays.

Floor Trusses

We offer a variety of floor truss solutions for projects of all types and sizes, from multi-story apartment buildings to schools and more.

Using open-web floor trusses, we can solve many floor framing issues. Our floor trusses are versatile and can be designed and built from 12″ to 24″ tall and up to 40′ in length. By using floor trusses, our designers can reduce the need for intermediate bearing walls, columns, or footings, saving you time and money. Plus, our unique labeling system will simplify installation at the job site.

Floor trusses are constructed of 2x4s, which provide a 3 1/2″ nailing surface and are designed with an open web configuration that leaves plenty of room for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical runs. Building with floor trusses produces a high quality custom floor system with fewer callbacks, less material waste, and reduced framing time.

Engineered Wood Products

I-joists are I-shaped engineered wood structural members that offer strength, versatility, and economy for use in residential and light commercial applications such as hotels and multi-family projects. I-joists are comprised of top and bottom flanges of various widths united with webs of various depths. The flanges resist common bending stresses and the web provides outstanding sheer performance.

I-joists can be manufactured using solid sawn lumber or structural composite lumber for the flange components and plywood or oriented strand board for the web. This versatility allows the I-joist manufacturer to make the most efficient use of wood fiber resources in our region while producing products that consistently perform to known standards.

Laminated Veneer Lumber

Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is an engineered wood product that uses multiple layers of thin wood assembled with adhesives. It offers several advantages over typical milled lumber: it is stronger, straighter, and more uniform. It is less likely than conventional lumber to warp, twist, bow, or shrink due to its composite nature. Made in a factory under controlled specifications, LVL products allow users to reduce their onsite labor. LVLs are typically used for headers, beams, rim board, and edge-forming material.
